Give me Advice in Reskin App

Hi Every One\
I'm starting my journey in reskinning apps and reposting them in google play with adding admob code to earn from ads SO that's the IDEA
First, let’s lay out what reskinning is: it’s concept of taking a template or source code of an app, repackaging the graphics, inserting them back into the original code, and bam you’ve got a new app. 
I made my first app as [ Netflix ] but in second time i take Suspended, i need some one give me a big advice in this area to help me
